    I understand and believe that people have a right to defend themselves, but giving everyone the green light to run anyone down to get away from a threat is fucking low. At that point, Ron should be held accountable if someone actually just mows people down.

  17. The part he left out is the driver is going to be charged with either vehicular homicide or manslaughter. Both are felonies and no sane person would bet the next 30+ years of their life that they’d beat either of those charges. On top of that the victim’s family is going to “own” them in civil court.
