Russia launched 194 drones and missiles into Ukraine from 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, until the morning of Sunday, June 15, the Ukrainian Air Force reported.
According to the report on Telegram, Russia fired 183 Shahed strike UAVs and simulator drones of various types, two Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, one Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile, and four each of Iskander-K and Kalibr cruise missiles.

“The main direction of the strike was the Poltava region, particularly the city of Kremenchuk,” the Air Force said.
A hit was recorded in Kremenchuk, along with falling debris at six other locations. The State Emergency Service (DSNS) reported that the Russian strikes damaged energy and agricultural infrastructure in the Kremenchuk community.
Explosions and falling debris caused fires, which emergency teams have since localized. Damage to residential buildings and vehicles was also reported, but no casualties have been confirmed.
As of 9:00 a.m., preliminary data showed that air defenses had neutralized 167 Russian targets, 119 of which were directly shot down, with 48 suppressed or lost by location, likely due to electronic warfare.
Specifically, air defense units shot down:
111 Shahed UAVs (and other types of drones)
AFU Junior Sgt. Stanislav Bunyatov, call sign “Osman,” reacted to the attack on Telegram, writing:
“Why have our skies become less protected than before? First, the reserves of missiles for systems like Patriot, NASAMS, and IRIS-T are being depleted much faster than partners can replenish them.”

President Volodymyr Zelensky has responded to the overnight shelling, confirming that Russia launched 183 strike drones and 11 missiles of various types against Ukraine.
“And this is just one night. This month alone, Russia has already used about 2,800 strike drones, nearly 3,000 guided bombs, and 140 missiles of various types against Ukraine,” Zelensky wrote via Telegram.
He emphasized that Moscow is steadily increasing the intensity of its attacks.
“That’s why it’s crucial that, in the coming weeks, all decisions are made to strengthen sanctions against Russia. We need price caps that will stop the war. We need sanctions on Russian banks and the financial sector that will be truly painful. And we need to fight the schemes used to bypass sanctions,” the president said.
Zelensky added that the US, the European Union, and the G7 countries have the power to make this happen.
