I’m struggling to work out whether Reeves is actively attempting to sabotage the Welwh Labour Senedd campaign for reasons that elude me, in so completely Treasury Brained that she actually believes the nonsense that she is saying, or of she is actually so bad at politics and HMT so shite at communications that it just looks like it.

   It should be obvious to anyone with a brain that the Welsh Government, with its ambitions for thr three metros, would want the rail allocation to be increased by a factor of ten. Just look at the number of stations that TfW have plans for.

   This line is obviously stupid and won’t hold.

4. This is very odd. Either she’s lying or the Welsh government asked for so little that it’s almost pointless for them to have asked at all.

   Neither is a good look for Labour!

   Labour needs to go. We need actual ambition for Wales and the only party that looks like it has any is Plaid Cymru.
