It’s okay to like poor quality stuff. It’s not like people who hate on McDonalds’s only eat at Michelin high dining places or only use the best ingredients when cooking at home.
And knowing the Turkish Bossman around the corner serves double the portion for half the price.
I’ve been boycotting McDonalds for the last few years and I’m surprised I haven’t missed it at all.
That peppercorn sauce burger they have at the moment is delicious though.

Their main attraction used to be that they were cheap. The food quality is “fine”, but for the price I could eat at any of 3 dozen other places. Hell, I get better burgers for a similar price from the ghost kitchen operating out of a nearby pub, and it’s not a very nice pub either.
