That’s horrible. I wonder if it’s tied to the Russian tendency to declare soldiers as “missing” instead of “killed” in order to avoid or delay paying survivor benefits to the next of kin.
The Russian officer leading the return of the bodies cannot fin enough dead Ulrainian soldiers or doesn’t care too look for them.
But the orders are, return 50 dead.
But it LOOKED professional, right?
