Several other vessels were also utilised for the work. The TSHD Willem van Oranje performed the bulk dredging for the new terminal, while the backhoe dredger Colbart, supported by the crew boat Lois L, dredged the shallow edges of the area.

Material dredged by the Colbart was transported to a designated disposal site by the pusher tug Aquamarine operating with a split hopper barge. In the project’s final phase, the multicat vessel Sidi was used for levelling the seabed with a plough.
