In my opinion, YES!
I would be sympathetic if this was some kind of Belgian solution™ to a non existent problem. But on closer inspection: looking at all the visible logos, the Karmaliet is the only one that should be served in a tulip glass. That clearly puts this in the crimes against beer territory.
Whoever thought this was a good idea deserves to be drowned in a glass of Heineken.
