▪️Police investigators reported suspicions against a Russian serviceman who shot and burned a civilian on the Zhytomyr highway

The man tried to evacuate during the occupation of the Kyiv region in March 2022, but came across Russian military personnel who had set up their positions in the Buchansky district near the village of Myla.

One of the Russian soldiers shot his civilian Toyota Land Cruiser, the driver died on the spot from gunshot wounds. After the shelling, the occupier set fire to the car along with the body of the deceased.

Police investigators identified the killer as a 33-year-old senior sergeant, a tank driver of the 2nd tank battalion of the 5th separate tank brigade of the 36th combined arms army of the Eastern Military District of the Russian Federation.

National Police investigators conducted a complex of investigative and search actions, including establishing the scene of the crime, obtaining technical information regarding telephone connections, identifying the suspect, and collecting evidence that allowed them to report him on suspicion of violating the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder.

He faces up to fifteen years in prison for his crime.

  14. He also killed that old man guarding the car dealership. Called him to come to the gate, which he did. Then said bye, and when the old man turned his back, he shot him in the back. The old man managed to run away to the guard point. There he slowly bled to death, waiting for help to arrive, which never arrived. Meanwhile, this orc broke into the dealership and started looting it, while enjoying a bottle of whiskey.

    A poor Ukrainian man trying to flee in the chaos and this happened to him,

    I said this before and go laughed at ( I’d imagine a lot of pro Ru people here at the time )

    I said Ukraine will find out every single war crimes criminal, every soldier who kills POWS every civilian killed or unspeakable acts happened to them

    Each and every one will be found & will be brought to justice whatever that might be

    I got , says no one in Russia pays , they won’t that’s a fantasy , Ukraine can’t go in and take out Russias in Moscow or the far east & mocked

    But in recent years and months we can clearly see , even if your in Moscow & a general or if your in stolen Ukrainian land your not safe

    Or Syria or Africa , Ukraine has the means and will find all these people

    This makes me feel a little bit better about this poor man who has a mother and more than likely brothers & sister’s & could be a husband with children

    And this is from the early days and they have named him & shown his face. So his days are numbered

    I still truly think that even if the ICC doesn’t get these war criminals the state of Ukraine will for there unspeakable crimes

  28. Now that they’ve doxxed him and his face is public domain, something tells me he won’t make it long enough to see the inside of a jail… let alone a courtroom.
