  1. “Russian warship, go fuck yourself.” Is probably the most badass thing ever uttered in wartime.

This guy’s a hero. He endured everything the orcs could throw at him and he’s still alive. I hope he finds peace in his life and good health.

  2. I do not know how morally acceptable this would be, but why not reduce the calorie intake for the russian POWs to about 1200-1500kcal

It would not kill them, but it would definitely give them a bit of an edge on their health. It’s not direct torture, but it’s really not comparable with the treatment the Ukrainians get during their time.

Also, I’d love to see them implemented to work a lot for the UA govt. by doing anything that is safe for them to do, and that would earn them a bit more to eat.

I am very divided on this idea, and am open to discuss it, but the overall situation in which the Ukrainian POWs find themselves is absolutely the worst and shows the policy russia wants to implement on the annexed territories.

EDIT: will be posting my comment replies here in order to keep it updated and unbiased

you are absolutely right, I just wanted to bring up the idea that POWs do not really need to be treated so well, when yours come back beaten and unable to do anything useful for the next 6-12 months. But I understand the image they (UA) want to give of themselves and I support it.

agreed, keeping this image up only helps them and keeps the russian propaganda in check.

maybe some soldiers will get a bit of a lesson out of a good treatment and see how the western world looks like and treats its people.

Agreed on the moral allignment with the democratic west

    >Trying to encourage future Russian surrenders. Returning Russian POWs may spread the word that it’s a good deal.  Russian command tries hard to prevent them spreading the news of how they were treated.  Either way, if a POW gets recycled back to the front, some may immediately try and surrender again.  If they were treated harshly, they would not.

Agreed, it proves to the russians that their propaganda is false and breaks the glass ceiling of the fake government

  3. May every russian (you know what I mean) starve when that nation crumbles. European borders will be closed to them.

  4. What are the Russian POWs saying about their time in Ukraine?

  5. The “bUt iT’s jUsT pUtIn” choir assembles…

  6. Had the pleasure to shake this man’s hand i few months ago.

  7. A warship aiming right at him and he gives the ultimate mic drop 😂😂😂

  8. First thoughts after I’d heard it was:
    A) to make a mineral deal
    B) to congratulate the Russian people to the Russians Day and
    C) to humiliate the Ukrainian President.
    /s

  9. Things like this interview here really makes me want ruzzia to vanish from the face of the earth this very second! Not next week or tomorrow but right fucking now!!

  10. War crimes etc
F*** this makes me so angry and I’m not even one to get angry very easily. But just thinking of what this guy had to endure really is bullshit. And the unfortunate part is there are others getting worse treatment.

  11. And Putin says they are all one people, then treat POWs like this. Or is this how Russians live?

  12. I didn’t think, I could hate the Russians more than I do, but this is cruelty as it’s worst.

  13. Orcs taking lessons from the death camps, who are the Nazis again?
