   Might be that we are used to hits on reinforced concrete, and this building was pure masonry?

8. Seems Ukraine has been hitting Kursk more lately, is Russian air defense shorter than normal or?

9. I am sure it was a legitimate target – searched the city on google maps and looked for a building similar to that one and it says hospital on it.
