They claim Americans would be happy to pay an extra $130 per month in gasoline prices to transfer money to the global south, when Americans just voted in Donald Trump for a second term because the gas prices were lower than they are now lol.
Deeply flawed survey. Would need to see their sample and their questions. But even if a “majority”, let’s say 55% were in favour of rising costs, never under estimate the electorate and the opposing side. “Tired of high costs? Vote us in and we guarantee to lower costs by scrapping all carbon tax policies”…look at Canada (I’m Canadian)…even the winning liberal party had to appear to scrap the tax because sentiment was so strong against it. So long as any opposition has a scape goat to point to that can lower costs, cost always wins.

This whole survey is a lie.
