You should check out the app daylio. It can give you some really cool visualizations with this data as a baseline.
Can you organize it by week? Interested to see weekdays versus weekends, etc..
What happened on the 23rd of march
My psych asked me to keep track on my new meds & this is an awesome system, thanks for sharing!
You feel best at top of the month? Does that correlate to your paydays?
What do you do on the 18th?
The apple health app is really good at tracking moods and moments and can call out key themes behind positive or negative emotion.
Not sure it can be extracted though
I feel like I need some sort of gauge for what you mean by each of these. Because the small amount of anything above ‘average’ (29 days if I counted right) and the relatively large amount of days below ‘average’ (61 if I count right) has we worried about your state OP.
Looks normal, life is pain.
Sorry about wtv was going on in March and April
The 18th of every month needs to be studied in a lab
I wanna know if your average day is actually rated average
Damn, not a single ***’very good’*** day so far 😢
Being colourblind I have no idea what’s good and bad.
I’m color blind so I’m just going to assume you were OK every day. Good for you.
I have black and white filter turned on my phone and the dark grey awures are either good or bad days and I can’t tell. I’m sure there’s some anology here somewhere.
Something like everyday can be good or bad, it’s just your perception of it at the end of the day.
Do you get paid on the 18th of every month?
You seem to enjoy the middle of the month.
Wishing you more ‘dark green’ days.
You’re doing a bit more granular than I am but it seems I might be biased a bit more positive
Since your rating scale is subjective and based on “average,” then you can definitively calculate (quite easily I might add), whether you’re overly harsh on yourself. You have enough data points here to see if your inner calibration of what life “should be” is off.
Based on? And perhaps this is different for each person.
I don’t think that an uncompleted excel chart of someone’s feelings is beautiful. It’s low effort.
Sorry champ
Does this relate to whether or not you had to use your AK
