(Ok, it's probably not the flag of Cuba, the proportions are different and the star points the wrong way. But I'm still curious as to what that flag is.)

  1. It used to be the Bergen-Havana ferry before the cold war.

  2. It is the old flag of Norled, the ferry company. It had a flag identical to Puerto Rico between 1903 and 2019. Both the company and Puerto Rico was inspired by the flag of Cuba and made their own flags by basing it on the cuban one just with different colors, it just happened that both settled on the same colors independently. While the Puerto Ricans were the first, Norled adopted theirs officially before Puerto Rico made theirs official, so the company flag was the older offical flag of the two.
