Genuine question as it sounds like they were all paid extras and it was being filmed rather than some sick pedo thing.     At the end of the day, even giving him the benefit of the doubt that it was a prank, the fact still stands, a full grown man was acting out and perfectly happy to allow everyone to think he was joined in marriage with a child.
