  1. No more self awareness than a dog licking itself in public.

  2. “It was absolute fearmongering at its worst,” Cammack told the *Journal* while acknowledging that reproductive rights activists might draw the opposite conclusion from her story.

“There will be some comments like, ‘Well, thank God we have abortion services,’ even though what I went through wasn’t an abortion,” she said…”

So when she does it, it’s not an abortion, that’s only when other people do it.

Rules for thee but not for me.

  3. How about a town hall meeting with your constituents?

  4. Someone who would have denied COVID exists while dying from it in the hospital.

  5. Typical right wing asshole “nothing is my fault, it’s all the villainous left! “

  6. If you were looking for a signal that these people will never catch a clue, this is it.

    Act accordingly.

  7. Let me see if I can delicately analogize this with a Republican MALE example:

    – large, unhealthy, overweight man with no apparent medical ailment indulges in over consumption;

    – immediately following inevitable heart attack (thankfully survived) immediately proceeds to blame grocer, restaurants, UberEats, the grocery cart manufacturer, TV/radio advertisers, etc.;

    – further indulges

    …did I miss anything?

  8. People who vote to make abortion illegal, do not understand how many complications can arise due to pregnancy. They believe its okay to abort before X amount of weeks, but that’s not how pregnancy works. Uneducated morons should not be in charge of a doctors treatment of any condition.

  9. “Infidelity does not consist in believing, or in disbelieving; it consists in professing to believe what he does not believe. It is impossible to calculate the moral mischief, if I may so express it, that mental lying has produced in society. When a man has so far corrupted and prostituted the chastity of his mind, as to subscribe his professional belief to things he does not believe, he has prepared himself for the commission of every other crime.”

    – Thomas Paine, The Age of Reason

  10. She’d rather die than accept that these militant laws around abortion, miscarriage and pregnant rights are fucked. Idiot. They’re not going to celebrate your corpse.

  11. Republicans spent the last 10 years gaslighting voters, and pretending they weren’t the warmongers who started the Afghanistan war, the War on Terror that brought us 20+ years of dead bodies and avoidable conflict. So I ask you why wouldn’t they blame almost dying from their own abortion bans on Democrats?

  12. Mental GYMNASTICS is insane here. She’s blaming the democrats but really maybe she should blame herself for the new laws. Either way she’s has got to become a mayo or miracle whip girl, not both at the same time.

  13. Makes me wonder if being a republican is a mental illness.

  14. She had to do almost as many mental gymnastics as her partner had to do in order to impregnate her.

  15. Much to the detriment of society, this soft-boiled moron is actively reproducing…

  16. Rules for thee, but not for me. The mantra of all magats.

  17. If Republicans don’t have double standards then they would have no standard, duh.

  18. > “There will be some comments like, ‘Well, thank God we have abortion services,’ even though what I went through wasn’t an abortion,” she said.

    Oh it’s like that, huh?

    The cognitive dissonance is amazing.

  19. Daily reminder that no healthy dose of reality will ever break the fever for some people. They are only capable of performative BS.

  20. “ “There will be some comments like, ‘Well, thank God we have abortion services,’ even though what I went through wasn’t an abortion,” she said. ”

These people are beyond ridiculous in their coping.

  21. I live in her district. She’s a walking embarrassment and her only skill is being a parrot and repeating things Trump and DeSantis say. I doubt she’s ever had a self made thought, politically, in her career.

  22. Kat Cammack is completely brain rotten. She has been a caricature of maga for years. Thankfully she hasn’t really made a name for herself outside of Florida, and even then it’s minimal.

  23. “It doesn’t matter until it happens to me”

Right out of the dipshit handbook

  24. Has she been arrested for breaking the law? The fact that she’s alive means she must have broken the law. Fuck these people, I just can’t even anymore.

  25. She’s stated right there that she’s delusional as she actually had an abortion and pretends she didn’t. I think doctors should be completely protected against having to help anyone with care that they’ve actively denied to others.

  26. Create laws that limit all types of abortions including medically necessary abortions.

State that your abortion was not, in fact, an abortion, but a medically induced termination of pregnancy.

Criticize others for saying you had a medically necessary abortion.

  27. So she didn’t like what she voted for when the laws affected her… Typical mindset.

  28. It sounds like what she had was an abortion, and she’s convinced herself that it wasn’t.

Create a law with no guidance to medical providers, and then blame the other side for fear mongering? How can she sleep at night?

  29. I’m starting to think it’s either mental illness or depravity that makes you want to be a republican.

  30. > “There will be some comments like, ‘Well, thank God we have abortion services,’ even though what I went through wasn’t an abortion,” she said.

Yes, it was an abortion. You had an abortion.

  31. > Cammack was only five weeks pregnant at the time, the embryo had no heartbeat and her own safety was in jeopardy, but nevertheless the congresswoman found herself forced to pull up the letter of the law on her phone to argue the case and even put in a call to Governor Ron DeSantis, without being able to reach him, before staff relented and came to her aid.

“Hey Ron, they’re trying to make me follows the laws we made. Can you get me out of this shit, I am going to die. Call me back, peace.”

  32. They should have never given her access to the healthcare that she denies others. They should have made her go through the hell she supports putting other people through. Let her go all the way to the edge of death and suffering before saving her life just as she supports doing to other women. Otherwise, people like her will never learn.
