He faces up to 8 years of potential jailtime, being charged with **committing the offense of declaring readiness to act on behalf of a foreign intelligence service** against the Republic of Poland (Article 130 § 3 of the Polish Penal Code).
There is no data about active attempts at assassination, he would be charged with if it, if there was real chance for case to be made against him, ABW most likely locked him up for staying in touch with kremlin FSB lackies thru internet, and defacto doing OSINT against state institutions, or at worst being HUMINT asset on the ground, whos work could be, if really “stretched” be connected to Zelenski’s visit one year ago.
I highly doubt loudmouth looser would have access to armed FPV drone, or sniper rifle with proper marksmanship training, most ordinary reservist in Polish Army reserve shoots like few rounds of AKMS/Beryl’s 7.62/5.56 a year, on annual Army reserve certification shooting exams. Likely wouldn’t hit a barn with marksman’s rifle, ever if he had one.
