Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to address media later in the day on the ceasefire agreement. Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi first declined to accept the ceasefire but later agreed as Iranian military fired missiles on Israel.

Trump said on Truth Social that the ceasefire agreement between the two nations is in effect and urged that it should not be violated. “The ceasefire is now in effect. Please no not violate it,” he said.
US President Donald Trump had declared a temporary ceasefire between Israel and Iran, after the latter targeted the US airbase in Qatar overnight.
