Im a Canadian who just got home from a trip to Southern Spain. I have these amazing sandwiches and I want to try the bread in Toronto so I can try to recreate. I've attached 2 pictures (it was in Rhonda if that helps).
Also, there was an incredible sauce called Mojo Picon that I have to make also. If anyone wants to share a legit recipe it is appropriated.

This kinda looks like a ‘mollete’ from here. More common down south, which makes sense.
The bread might be a ‘mollete de Antequera’. As for the sauce, I think they use a pepper called ‘puta la madre’ typical from the Canary Islands.
