   How many times have we believe we had finally defeated the Middle East Problem, only for it to raise its ugly head decades later? Russia keeps losing men and material and Ukraine and yet it’s still going. China’s capability for warfare isn’t even known yet.

   I think it’s way to early to speak of fracture when the Iranian regime isn’t even deposed yet.
