    The hoper idealist in me is saying this is in preparation to taking Lwow back from Banderites in order to finally exhume all the bodies from the Lwow pogroms, and the massacres in Galicia and Volhynia.

    The coper realist in me says this is just to blow up migrants who’ve been misled and thrown at the Belarus border.

  2. Sounds like they want to sure up their borders against the Russians, which is and understandable goal, but I don’t like this approach.

    Hopefully it’s just posturing and they don’t actually do it, ’cause it’s pretty clear than these type of mines are abhorrent, especially in the long term…they’ll just end up with a permanent no-man’s land along the boarder.
