The management of Nextbike Polska S.A. based in Warsaw (the ‘Issuer’, ‘Company’) refers to ESPI report no. 10/2025 dated April 11, 2025, and informs that on June 27, 2025, the Financial Supervision Authority, agreeing to the Company’s request, unanimously allowed the delisting of the Company’s shares from the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A., i.e. [] shares of the Company marked with the ISIN code ‘PLNXTBK00018’. At the same time, the Financial Supervision Authority indicated that the delisting of the Company’s shares will take place on July 11, 2025.
