Going to miss my three new goat buddies who lived outside my lodging. Everything was so connected with nature. I even ran a mountain race during my stay where, instead of a traditional finisher medal 🏅, they handed me a “medaljeost” as I ran through the finish. A large wedge of what I think is local Syndin cheese? I’m not sure what to do with it yet? Maybe pizza?
