“We are aware of credible reports that Hamas is openly targeting the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and those who work with us. According to these reports, Hamas has placed bounties on both our American security personnel and Palestinian aid workers, offering cash rewards to anyone who injures or kills them,” GHF said in a statement provided exclusively to Fox News Digital.
I’d only believe it if it came from a news organization.
The in article source to these “Hamas bounties” is literally just a link to the Fox News [definition of terrorism](https://www.foxnews.com/category/world/terrorism). Sadly, most of us weren’t born yesterday and won’t fall for this desperate attempt from the Israelis to distract from their [near weekly](https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/israeli-soldiers-shoot-unarmed-palestinians-aid-gaza-1235373984/) [MyLai](https://www.cnn.com/2025/06/04/middleeast/israel-military-gaza-aid-shooting-intl-invs) esque [massacres](https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/israeli-tank-shelling-kills-45-people-awaiting-aid-trucks-gaza-ministry-says-2025-06-17/) of unarmed civilians.
These are laughable attempts to create a press win for the IDF through all the operational blunders. Recent polling from both [YouGov](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/jun/03/public-support-for-israel-in-western-europe-lowest-ever-recorded-yougov) and [Pew Research Group](https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2025/04/08/how-americans-view-israel-and-the-israel-hamas-war-at-the-start-of-trumps-second-term/) are showing that Western sentiment towards Israel is at historic lows. Articles reporting IDF monetary and weapons support to [criminal and ISIS affiliated militias](https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/israel-hamas-war-netanyahu-arming-gangs-gaza-clans-activated/) in Gaza showcase both mission creep and an inability to learn from previous mistakes (such as facilitating [funding Hamas](https://www.timesofisrael.com/mossad-chief-top-general-visited-qatar-begged-it-to-pay-hamas-liberman-says/amp/) through the 2010s [to impact Palestinian statehood efforts](https://www.nytimes.com/2023/12/10/world/middleeast/israel-qatar-money-prop-up-hamas.html)).
The scramble to shift the momentum of these narratives, while not yet affecting policy on the ground, certainly seem to hurt in cyberspace.
