1. > The Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture has announced the cancellation of all cultural events organized in the country by Russian state structures and private individuals. The reason for this, as the ministry claims, is “ethnically motivated violence” by Russia in Yekaterinburg.

   > “Considering the demonstrative, targeted and extrajudicial killings and acts of violence committed by the Russian Federation against Azerbaijanis on ethnic grounds in the Sverdlovsk region of Russia, and also taking into account that such cases have recently become systematic, all planned cultural events in Azerbaijan, held with the participation of the state and private organizations of Russia, including concerts, festivals, performances, exhibitions and others, are cancelled,” the official statement from the ministry reads.

   Azerbaijan’s state media (tightly controlled by the Baku regime) have compared the situation to ‘Nazi Germany’, whilst the head of the Turkish-Azerbaijan friendship group publicly called for mass protests to be staged across Russia.

2. So now Alieyv doesn’t like violence based on ethnicity? I thought he didn’t mind it towards Armenians. He started to act like this now, because Europe promised him to ignore another annexion of Armenian territories?
