It’s finally time to dig out the summer wardrobe — last week’s unsettled weather will give way to warm, sunny conditions starting on Monday evening. According to forecasts, Tuesday and Wednesday will be clear and warm across the country.

Yle meteorologist Henriikka Heikinoja said temperatures will climb above 20 degrees Celsius starting Tuesday, spreading across nearly the entire country from the west. Southern areas may even see temperatures above 25 degrees as early as Tuesday.

In Lapland, temperatures will approach 20 degrees on Tuesday, making it the region’s warmest day of the year so far, according to Heikinoja.
