2. I bet those things are tremendously explosive when they’re empty. Huge storage tanks full of volatile vapor.

7. This might be the most effective form of sanctions.

   Prevent tankers going to and from Russia from moving. Don’t sink them. Don’t release the oil onto the sea. Just stop them from moving.

   Russia says it provides the insurance for the shadow fleet tankers. Let’s see if Russia pays out to the operating companies in the flag nations. This is another way of draining Russian resources.
