  3. I wonder why the trial is being held at Liverpool Crown Court when the alleged offence happened at Manchester airport. Surely if it has been deemed that it would be potentially prejudicial to hold it at Manchester Crown Court due to the high profile of the incident then it should be held at the Old Bailey.
