I think it is very nice that they will not only refund but send it for free when back in stock. Good customer service. I was ready to complain about it but I am pleased with the resolution.

  1. I mean it is kinda weird that it took 10 days for them to realize they didn’t have enough stock to fulfill the orders that they’d accepted and I have seen that some people got their orders missing items? Seems a bit amateur hour.

Did she restock the raspberry spread with the drop this month? If not, then like if the apricot spread in on the same time line, it’ll be months before the customers get their spread. Like it’s good that they’re trying to make it right but the whole thing seems a bit sloppy.

  2. I would have expected, and been satisfied with, just a refund so that is good service.

  3. Kinda crazy this has happened twice. Given the products are white labeled from the same people who did the Bridgerton stuff (Republic of Tea) you’d think they’d have their act together.

  4. Well, yeah, they kinda had to do smtg like that. Idk what’s happening there but it shouldn’t be even happening two times in a row.

  5. Yes, it looks like they stuffed up

These things happen, and they’ve taken a very good approach to deal with it

  6. Wow. Thats better service than what Im used to in my country. Wow to be American is such a privilege.

  7. Good customer service goes a long way. I got messed around last year on a dishwasher delivery by a local company that I quite like and use often. I scheduled the delivery three times and they didn’t show up, no phone calls or anything until 10pm ‘oops sorry’. I finally cancelled and bought from another company and was definitely going to stop using the first one so much because f them, then I got an full fronted apology email and a €100 voucher for my trouble. Bought an air fryer and I use it all the time lol. They were trying to buy my loyalty and it worked.
