A fire broke out Tuesday in the yard of a wood processing factory in the village of Neo Souli, in the northern Serres region.
The fire service dispatched 35 firefighters, including a ground team, along with 12 fire trucks. Two helicopters were also mobilized to assist in the effort. Local government water tankers and heavy machinery were deployed to support the firefighting operations.
Authorities have not reported any injuries or the cause of the fire.
