Meghan Markle had an awkward moment after meeting Prince Andrew, with Prince Harry revealing she asked a puzzling question about him.
In the early stages of their relationship, Harry introduced Meghan to all his Royal relatives, including the now King Charles, Prince William, and his wife Kate. However, Meghan’s most significant introduction was to her now husband’s late grandmother, the Queen – a meeting that left her somewhat confused.
This story is recounted in the Channel 5 documentary, “The Battle For Royal Lodge – Andrew vs Charles,” based on details from Harry’s controversial memoir.

Harry recalls Meghan’s first encounter with his late grandmother, which took place at his Uncle Andrew’s residence, the Royal Lodge, shared with ex-wife Sarah Ferguson. Ferguson had to teach Meghan how to curtsy at the last minute.
However, at the end of the gathering, Harry revealed that Meghan asked a revealing question about his uncle, even suggesting he might not be a relative, reports the Mirror.
Harry wrote about how the Queen got up to leave after her chat with Meghan: “My uncle Andrew, seated beside her, holding her handbag, began to escort her out.”
He continued: “After a moment Meg asked me something about the Queen’s assistant. I asked who she was talking about.”
When she replied “the man who walked her to the door,” it dawned on the prince that she was referring to the Queen’s second son.
Andrew has stepped back from public life following a disastrous interview on BBC Newsnight about his ties to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. He was subsequently stripped of his military affiliations and Royal patronages with the approval of his late mother, the Queen.
Andrew is currently embroiled in a heated dispute with his brother, King Charles, over his continued residence at the 30-room Royal Lodge mansion near Windsor Castle, despite the property requiring significant repairs.
The King has offered Andrew, who was forced to relinquish his Royal duties, the opportunity to relocate to the four-bedroom Frogmore Cottage, previously occupied by Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, which would be more manageable.
However, the disgraced Duke has refused to budge, claiming he can cover the estimated £2 million renovation costs. Royal sources indicate that the so-called “Siege of Royal Lodge” has led to a severe deterioration in relations between the King and Andrew.
Andrew has informed close friends that he is “going nowhere” and has told the King and the Crown Estate, which owns Royal Lodge, that he has a “cast iron lease” signed for 75 years in 2002.
