La Pineda Parking Tickets

Hello
So I'm currently in LA Pineda in holidays.
I'm been here for the last 8 years, minus the pandemic years.
Só this year the parking rules changed, at least near the beach and near the palas pineda hotel, the increase in the prices, and the lack of free spots.
But for some reason the spots in front of the hotel palas pineda remained free… At least was what I thought by looking to this signal.
Today I went to my car and I saw two tickets.
Why do I have tickets for parking?
What should I do regarding them?
I have another 4 days of holiday's, should I ignore this or kind accept the guilt and start paying park when this sign states that I don't have to pay?
