I’ve been encountering problems with my supposedly high speed Swisscom 5G. I made this speed test at Lausanne CFF train station.
It’s kinda annoying as I can’t even use google maps in my car. Went to my local Swisscom shop to complain about this situation, they got me a new SIM card but the problem keep going.

  2. According to your screenshot you only have a 3g connection. Because my 5g runs normal

  3. Having 3G service is probably a hint that you will get bad speeds. Try it again on 4/5G

  5. Did you use a lot of GBs of data this month before this slow down started? Unlimited isn’t unlimited, there is a “fair usage” cap after which data is throttled to these kinda speeds.
    I assume you’ve already restarting your mobile device to be sure it wasn’t something simple.
