Russia is not only developing lethal technologies, it is also actively distributing them. Kim Jong-un now has access to Shahed drones and FPVs. All of this could fall on the heads of the DPRK’s neighbors.

1. And yet South Korea said no to Ukrainian weapons shipments.

   Not sure what’s going on there, you’d think that they at least have an understanding of the potential impact of an enhanced RU-NK relationship.
