I wish republicans sucked the same way democrats suck.
Both parties are not the same. One party is actively destroying things, one party misses opportunities due to infighting.
It’s ultimately up to the voters to determine what political group represents a democracy. Either a complicit majority population, an apathetic voting population, a compromised election system or all of the above. America in the 21st Century isn’t what I thought it would be. So much promise, so much disappointment.
That bribe bag is looking pretty small
When it comes to deportations and the war budget both parties are trying to one up each other.
Deportations by ICE jumped to 10-year high in 2024, surpassing Trump-era peak.
They aren’t the same, but the current of Dems in Congress, for the most part, are only marginally better than Republicans and many more are passively enabling Trump.
Eh, the golden visa thing existed before Trump. He just jacked the price up. Most countries have a rich person visa so you can just buy your way in via “investing”.

You don’t understand man. We had to stay home and let the republic be destroyed because Egg Prices and Muh Gaza.
The Gaza argument always baffled me. Even if both sides are equally bad on Palestine, it doesn’t change the fact that Trump is going to hurt and kill far more people around the world. His shuddering of USAID is going to kill millions. It’s already killing people throughout the global south. The people who sat this out over Palestine ended up contributing to the death of even more people.
If all that were true then why didn’t Biden win the election?
They are kinda. One side is destroying the country, and the other side is letting it happen with no energy to fight it. And I dont mean just politicians. The people could put an end to this.
Dont forget how Biden pioneered the laws that discriminate against blacks . And how black people are the ones who suffer the most from his policies
Keep telling yourself that. I’m sure Germans thought the same thing in the 1920s-1930s too when they voted the Nazis into power because it was for the “greater good” and they thought they were the “lesser” evil. Appeasement leads you directly to the path you claim you don’t want.
