  3. Not sure how it works with topps but with panini you could order directly from their website the missing ones.

  4. Find local WhatsApp groups for sales of kids related staff. The mothers are exchanging stickers there, like Migros Mania etc. I think there are even dedicated exchange groups. Ask any mother around you.
