Yes. It says you didn’t have a parking disc in your car.
Infringement No. 7: You didn’t place your parking disc.
You apparently violated their terms and conditions by not displaying a parking disc in your window and they are asking you to pay 29,90€. But you probably know that already by using a translator. Not much to add here though.
I have a Feeling that this is from a Supermarket parking Lot, some started to do this a while ago. Force you to have a parking clock (???).
Yes, you should have placed a parking disc behind the windshield. There were probably a dozen signs with instructions on this parking lot.
It is a parking ticket from a private parking management company.
Yes on both counts. Looks like you parked somewhere without displaying a parking disc. They want to you transfer 29,90€ to the IBAN listed on the payment form. Make sure you include the “Vorgangsnummer xxxxxxx” in the text field, so that they know the payment is from you for this particular fine.
Since this is a private company, you should pay promptly, I would guess that they would sent to a debt collection agency in a couple of months.
well, you parked on private property, where the owner established a “Parkscheibenpflicht”, probably to prevent long time parking.
You can buy them in a lot of places, often times gas station or for cheaper options DIY markets sell them to.
If you have to use “Parkscheibe” you set it to the closest half hour, that will follow. For public ground there is a additional sign below the P sign, that looks like the Parkscheibe). On private ground there is also usually a sign that either has the symbol and often times some additional informations.
Oh and yes, you have to pay.
Google translator could’ve helped you in a millisecond.
That’s the f…ing parking mafia but unfortunately it’s legit.
My wife had the same problem at Rewe. But she contacted the company with a copy of the shopping receipt at the time and they cancelled the fine.
As others have said: Yes. It is legit. You should pay the fine.
However: I can speak for all inhabitants that we hate this business with a passion. It is common on supermarket parking lots in inner cities (with few public parking spaces). Personally, I have never frequented a business again where I was fined that way.
Just send them a mail and admit that you forgot to place the parking disc. They will void the ticket 90% of the time if it is your first violation. If you need help with wording the mail just dm me.
Pay the fine, be happy they didn’t tow you as you probably forgot your parking disc or stayed there too long, most supermarket parking lots only allow you to stay there for 3 hours (and yes, they can tow you as even though the parking lot is publicly accessible, it is still private property, meaning they make the rules as to what goes and what doesn’t)
Why is the “Vorgangsnummer” censored below but not above?
If u bought somerhing from the Store that owens the parking lot an you still have the recepe you can mail it to the Company normaly its just a 5€ Fine than
Might not be legal without a clear definition of the location
dont pay, call them, explain the situation, they ususally „drop charges“ if this was your first time.
I got the exact same fine from the exact same company. You can either dispute the fine by email „I did have a parking disk displayed, prove otherwise“ or send them proof that you were shopping in said supermarket at that time.
I would try either of those two things before I paid…
This is such a rip-off company that took over privatized parking spaces.
Wonder what happens if you just ignore it.
It’s a fine for not having a parking disc in your car.
A parking disc is a bit of plastic or cardboard with a turning disc on it that lets you roughly indicate the time of day when you parked – this is used to determine whether you did or didn’t exceed the span of time you were allowed to park in this spot, mostly in areas with time-restricted free parking.
So yeah, it’s a fine and you gotta pay for it. It’s only a civil parking ticket though, so you aren’t at risk of losing your license over it or anything like that.
Is your car registred in germany or norway? Ar you a citizen of germany ?
If your car is registred in Norway and you are a norwegian citizen I’d personally ignore it.
You do not have to pay.
It is a private company. You can always say you were not the driver.
Yes, this is a parking ticket. It’s from the operator of the private parking lot, not from the city.
The car you used is registered in Norway? If registered in Germany (for example rental car) I’d say pay it. If registered in Norway not paying and hoping for the best might be an option since Norway is non EU and the company might let it slide because of the cost of enforcing it.
(Jesus christ, people in these comments are clueless.)
TL;TR: Depends: Was it a rental or was it your own vehicle?
If it was a rental you’ve got to pay. There is no way around it, too much evidence.
If it was your own vehicle you can simply state that you weren’t the driver. What you received is not a parking ticket, those are given from the “Ordnungsamt”, it’s a fee for breaching a contract. That contract, which was about parking on private property, was silently agreed to when you parked your vehicle: however, they must prove that you were the driver (and thus silently closed the contract), as unlike real parking tickets only the driver is responsible to pay.
By simply stating that you weren’t driving and that you donno know who was and that you will refuse any payments outside of court you are within your legal rights to tell them to fuck off.
Everything I wrote is true, turn on Google translate and see for yourself
As others already mentioned, you didnt use a “Parkscheibe” on a private (supermarket) parking lot which is only for customers.
If you went shopping there you can upload your receipt (or often they also accept a bank statement if you paid with card) here: [https://www.fairparken.com/de-DE/kassenzettel](https://www.fairparken.com/de-DE/kassenzettel) .
There you need to put in your “Vorgangsnummer”, and your license plate and they will probably dismiss the fine.
If you upload a bank statement as proof make sure to cover any information that is not the purchase at that supermarket. And officially they do not take bank statements as proof but at least for me and many others they still took it.
Or if you don’t want the hassle then pay the fine or else they will send it to debt collection which they can legally do.
If Norwegian registered car it’s unlikely that the German authorities will have access to the Norwegian vehicle database to acquire home address this normally only applies to EU members who share vehicle registration details I know this from being a UK resident for example EU states can no longer access UK vehicle data in respect of for example camera speeding fines etc. This is the only Brexit benefit that I know of! Although I stand corrected as maybe Norway has a closer relationship with the EU?
Jep, bare ignorer den, det simpelthen ikke deres tid værd at følge op på det du sender med posten, fik engang en bøde for at køre 80 i en by zone (skiltet stod af helvedes til) hørte aldrig noget

A “Parkscheibe” looks like this:
