The city mayor first announced the drone’s approach to the city at 02:22.
At 02:25, Polishchuk reported another drone approaching the city, and at 02:32, a third drone.
At 02:37, the mayor reiterated the information about an incoming drone.
“Another series of enemy UAVs is heading toward Lutsk. Stay in a safe place!” Polishchuk wrote at 02:46.

Monitoring channels indicate about five drones in the Lutsk area.

The Air Forces reported the presence of drones over Lutsk. Residents are advised to remain in shelters.
Massive Russian air attack
On the night of July 9, Russian forces are conducting a large-scale attack on Ukraine using Shahed kamikaze drones.
As of 02:50, about 170 enemy drones have been detected over Ukraine.
A series of explosions has already been heard in Kharkiv amid the air attack.
Explosions caused by air defense firing on enemy Shahed drones are also being heard in Kyiv.
In the Brovary district of Kyiv region, a 45-year-old woman was injured as a result of the drone attack.
