Chris Jones, the Valencia player, is on the verge of leaving the club after three years, according to Donatas Urbonas of BasketNews.
The same source reports that Jones is very close to becoming the newest addition to Hapoel Tel Aviv, a team with big ambitions for the upcoming EuroLeague season.
Last season, Chris Jones played 15 games in the EuroCup for Valencia, averaging 10.6 points, 4.3 assists, and 2.4 rebounds. In the Liga Endesa, he had similar numbers, posting 10.7 points, 5.1 assists, and 2.3 rebounds over 32 games.
Before joining Valencia, he also played for Asvel, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Bursaspor, Mons-Hainaut, Starwings Basel, and Tuv Aimag Tuv Urgats.
Earlier this summer, Valencia already parted ways with Semi Ojeleye, who joined Crvena Zvezda, as well as Stefan Jovic. On the other hand, four players have joined the club: Kameron Taylor, Yankuba Sima, Omari Moore, and Neal Sako.
