Frozen food retailer Iceland Foods has launched an online service for shoppers in Jersey in partnership with local delivery platform Order It.

Commencing 15 July, service will allow shoppers in Jersey to experience a new, more convenient way to access Iceland Foods’ frozen and chilled assortment from the comfort of their homes.

The service, supported by Iceland’s local franchise partner Alliance, will see Iceland Foods offering a wide range of Iceland frozen products, comprising approximately 600 Iceland and exclusive brand frozen lines, 200 chilled products, and a selection of branded grocery items.

Shoppers will be able to order Iceland’s exclusive brands online – including Greggs, TGI Fridays, Cathedral City, Harry Ramsden, MyProtein, and Ninja – with fast, reliable delivery across the island.

All orders will be picked up and delivered by Order It, with free delivery on orders over £50, the retailer noted.

‘An Exciting Next Step’

Justin Addison, international and partnerships director at Iceland Foods, said, “This is an exciting next step for Iceland in Jersey. The reaction to our stores earlier this year has been fantastic, and now we’re making it even easier for shoppers to access our quality range and exclusive brands with the convenience of online shopping.

“With the largest frozen selection on the island, our launch with Order It, supported by Alliance, gives customers more choice and flexibility than ever before.”

The launch of the service will also create new job opportunities in Jersey, supporting the local community.

Iceland’s partnership with Alliance, an independent retailer in Jersey and Guernsey, commenced in November 2024.

The partnership has resulted in the launch of the first Food Warehouse outside the UK, located in Guernsey, as well as two new Iceland stores in Jersey, which opened in March 2025.

Keiran Poole, operations director at Alliance, added, “Partnering with Iceland to bring this exciting new online supermarket to Jersey is the result of a strong collaborative effort and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, great-value products to customers in the Channel Islands.

“We’ve worked hard to ensure the platform meets the needs of local customers, offering convenience, choice, and reliability. We’re confident this will make a real difference to the way people shop in Jersey.”
