At the Monte Carlo, Le Bar Américain. Early 20s, claimed he was a prince, and says he has a daughter who is a princess. He was speaking French but didn’t seem like he was actually French?

Seems to me that anyone openly claiming princely status is likely not so, a la Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt
Could be a Luxembourg or Liechtenstein royal. Or a member of the Italian or French aristocracy who still use Princely and Ducal titles despite the monarchies and nobility being abolished. Or someone who is full of 💩.

You might find more information if you post his pictures over on theroyalforums.com. There are quite a few posters there who have deep knowledge of less known royals and nobility.
This is creepy af and posts like this should not be allowed.
Seems really young to have his own children.
It’s Rafael Nadal.
a Bavarian prince?
Google didn’t help? Cuz I can’t even figure this out
Not me not looking properly and thinking that this was a very young Rafael Nadal.
My guess is Brunei or Malaysia.
A scammer? You would not believe the number of individuals that make their way around Europe, pretending to be royalty.

He looks a bit like Prince Joachim of Denmark’s son with his first wife, Count Nikolai.
Assuming it’s a title of a house that lost power, he be a descendant of so many people.
– France has 3 royal lines still with descendants (bourbon, Orleans and Napoleon
– Germany had a ton of royal houses. The big ones like bavaria and Prussia are better known, but there’s a lot of tiny ones.
– many others too: Russia, Romania, Serbia, Greece, etc.
Hard to know.
