That guy seems to be pretty happy for getting caught
The guy looks like he was told to act sad, and can’t quite convince me he is. Granted, I don’t read people very well, and he could be devastated, but I’d say the videos of Russians beating people until morale improves is a strong indicator it could be the case.
Here’s hoping footage from those GoPros gets released soon.

That Russian PoW seems unharmed (at least physically) and he even has his hands free and eyes unbound, basically he is a very lucky guy.
If that luck persists, he won’t get exchanged and sit out the war inside a Ukrainian PoW Camp.
