  3. Yeah, anyone I say that to gets real nervous too.

    The sad fact is we are in a very dangerous time. The president is acting like an incompetent dictator and stirring everyone up. Add that to the way the US has been hurting the working class since the end of the Cold War and saying we could be on the brink of revolution is just a logical statement.

Kevin Roberts of the Heritage Foundation said (before election) re:Project 2025: “The leader of a conservative think tank orchestrating plans for a massive overhaul of the federal government in the event of a Republican presidential win said that the country is in the midst of a “second American Revolution” that will be bloodless “if the left allows it to be.”

  8. The beautiful part of big beautiful bill is that it makes this unavoidable because it creates multiple paths for this to occur.

    1. By giving more money to ICE it gives the federal government a tool to use to pressure states to do as it desires. This increase harassment of citizens of different political belief will increase turmoil with the federal government which will eventually radicalize state government and at some point, a state will use arm resistance against ICE to assert it state sovereignty.

    2. By weakening the federal government the bill makes it easier for any state to step away from the federal government without losing anything. Blue state leaders and citizens will begin to see being part of the federal government as taxation without true representation.

    3. The icing on the cake though is the debt. What most economist are saying that the markets have shown that US debt doesn’t matter but their is one HUGE caveat to that. The debt doesn’t matter as long as the US dollar is the world currency. The bill continues to give Trump the power to undermine that. As Trump makes it harder for nations to trade with the US, he is making the US dollar less essential. China is signing trade deal after trade deals, once China has enough trade deals, they will begin to request trades be done in their currency. This is exactly what the US did, that request will prompt a couple possible responses.

    a. Nations just agree to use the Yuan

    b. They agree upon some third currency that is not the dollar

    c. Countries resists and keep the dollar

    Each of those out comes weakens the dollar and will put significant pressure on the us debt burden which will then lead to discussion between red and blue states about who is responsible and how much should each state pay into to pay off the debt.
