3. Well this was bound to happen. If you look at it, we’ve gone through several decades of the old francophone elite losing status and the upstart Flemish taking over.
   I actually think this process was slowed down by the state reforms as in a unitary state, the Flemish could just outvote French speakers on any issue.

   Flanders has the majority and the money, what else was going to happen?
