1. Imagine being so small and petty that others receiving water is an issue

3. Never ever ever will I live in an area with an HOA! No one will ever tell me how to cut my grass and paint my house.

4. This HOA needs to be disbanded, put in stocks on a hot summer day, and have water thrown at them. 🙂
