Today I had a situation that was kind of „unique“.
As I was waiting for my train with my friend in front of Zurich HB, being on our way to a yearly obligatory shooting session (as required by CH military), we were approached by some guy trying to start a conversation in english.
That guy introduced himself and said he offered drone-piloting training in Ukraine, claiming it did not involve the front-lines or fighting in battle, that it is „merely“ a type of course for drone piloting with practical excersises and involves an official certificate or something like that.
After telling him we weren’t interested in fighting for another country than Switzerland, he went on about how drone pilots are needed, „assuring“ me that it was not as it may sound like.
He then handed over a leaflet to fill out, but I wasn‘t interested so I gave it to my friend.
Because it kinda kept bugging me I asked my friend to take pictures of that leaflet and send it to me (pics attached) All this time he talked in a very faint, almost unintelligable voice, either maybe just out of nervousness or not to have people around us catch wind about it.
The leaflet also included his phone number, name and some initials, that I didn‘t want to attach, just in case.
Now, I wanna ask, did somebody else have such an experience? Shouldn‘t it be illegal to recruit others for a role in a foreign war (If my speculations prove to be true)? Or am I reading into things that aren‘t there? Cause when I hear „drone“ and „Ukraine“ I get those pictures in my head, you know?
Guy looked latino, around 25-30yrs old, wore sunglasses, btw.

It’s illegal to a swiss involve in this I’m afraid. If this is legit and the “drone course” implies do work in the War to kill or help killing.
Report to the police, very suspicious. There are very few if any latinos in Ukraine and plenty of people capable to be drone operators. More than likely it is some kind of a psyop to smear Ukrainians.
what accent did he have? american?
This leaflet has nothing to do with anything you or that strange guy are saying. It’s a ‚Laufzettel‘ from some (Swiss or German) university’s library. These are used to handle administrative processes like adding new books to the library or stuff like this.
What kind of leaflet even is that?
You spoke to an insane person. This leaflet is from a library. It has nothing to do with Ukraine or drones.
There was one Swiss volunteer fighting for Ukraine, later on he returned to face a criminal charge.
There are apparently more people who made their choice:

Very illegal in Switzerland. Include the cops if you have the patience.
