(CNN) – Virginia Giuffre, a Jeffrey Epstein accuser who alleged Prince Andrew abused her, said in an Instagram post Sunday she is in the hospital after a car crash with a school bus.
The post showed her in a hospital bed with her face covered in bruises.
She said she has kidney failure and doctors have told her she has only four days to live.

However, authorities in Australia where Giuffre lives appeared to push back on the extent of the injuries.
Police cite a report of a “minor” collision between a car and a bus on March 24. There were no reported injuries.
A source said Giuffre is being treated at a hospital in Perth, but her condition is not life-threatening.
In 2019, Giuffre alleged Epstein trafficked her and forced her to have sex with his friends, including Prince Andrew, when she was 17.
The prince repeatedly denied the claims.
