I found this postcard in my grandmother’s stuff- I’m trying to find my cousins that came to the U.S. from Poland but my family lost their addresses/numbers and I’m hoping maybe this could be a clue. If anyone could translate this in any way I would be so grateful!!

No, there is no address there. The writer is mentioning that she’s going to study mathematics in Poznań and the postcard is labeled with the date of 3rd August 1977. The postcard was printed in Jasło but who knows where it was actually bought…
The girl’s name is Margaret (Małgorzata); she addressed the letter to her aunt and wrote she would study mathematics in Poznań, presumably at the University of Poznań. On the right side, someone signed Maria (?) is asking about someone named Darek (diminutive of Dariusz) who appears to be Margaret’s uncle. He was going to have a surgery.
