  12. I kind of feel offended that Shakespearean English (Early Modern) is not included in this list. Where’s the love for Shakespear at? At least Chaucer has a bit of representation in the middle English, he kept trying to replicate it.

    Want some old English words? All animal names are, for the most part, old English, as are the names for crops. Most prepositions are old English.

    It’s possible to learn it too, I signed up to online lessons about 2 weeks ago and it’s giving my brain one hell of a work out and I love it.
