  1. I drove one of those for a few weeks last year in the states. V6 3.2L, bigger than any of the Hyundais we get here. The first SUV I’ve liked. Had a lot of tech in it too, like down the side of the car cameras when you indicate to change lane.

I knew they were built in S Korea…. But how does one end up here? Nice spot.

  2. Right enough though, what’s the explanation for this?

  3. I used to live in South Korea and asked a cop friend of mine if they could confirm if it was registered to one of the players and they said yes-but won’t tell me which one. lol

  4. Jayziz. Beats the German plates I seen in Cushendun this weekend by a few thousand miles

  5. No fucking way. I spotted this car near Manchester a couple of weeks ago, because I’m also one of those weirdos who gets excited about foreign registration plates.

[Here is the sneaky picture I took](https://ibb.co/Lzc2SyZc), it’s the exact same car.  Chester Services off the M56 on the 11th of June.

They’re obviously on one hell of tour. Hope they’re enjoying it.

  6. Saw recently obe car with New South Wales registration, in Ireland

  7. I’ve seen a California plate in Carlingford once. But even odder, was when I was in High School (Co Down) we had a family move from Florida, who for some reason imported their car. It was big, like a Chevvy 300C with Florida plates, with the steering wheel on the wrong side obviously. We were all fascinated by it. The kid hated it in NI – the entire family left back to Florida after maybe 6 months max. I never could figure out their logic.

  8. As long as they keep left! One time I saw a Spanish car go the wrong way around a roundabout.

  9. Came across a fully American style school bus with Virgina plates in a rural car park near lough neagh.

Fella was a retired teacher who’d shipped it over to tour europe, some job

  10. The Hyundai Palisade is a fantastic car, it’s a shame they’re not sold in Europe.

  11. That’s a mega Hyundai (Palisade), some of the sales blurb for it are slightly overselling it’s fuel economy.

…It boasts a robust 3.8L V6 engine delivering 291 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. With a top speed of 131 mph, it offers impressive fuel efficiency, achieving 19 MPG in the city and 27 MPG on highways.

£40-42k if you can afford the fuel.
