Google auto adds scam to Kreditreff.
Also it’s missing any proof of your subscription or the service you were subscribed to.
Just ignore it
I would wait. If it is real, you will receive a yellow letter, which you can contest.
Ok first of All, never just ignore such a Letter, you can answer them with a contradiction letter and tell them that you can’t remember any subscription they will then proof them to you most likely.
If you “just wait for the yellow letter” they will also charge you for a lawyer and curt costs… the lawyer costs they named in the letter seems a little bit high in relation the to costs they charge you can proof if that’s legit or not.

Very likely not a scam. However, you probably signed some “free trial” contract that got automatically extended into an actual paid subscription.

Did you do a credit check somewhere or inquired about a credit, possibly signing up for a subscription unknowingly? See https://www.anwalt.de/rechtstipps/kreditreff-com-zahlungserinnerung-was-tun-bei-mahnung-von-profinanz-llc-247126.html.
